Anchorum Health Foundation is a Santa Fe-based nonprofit organization that makes grants supporting health initiatives in counties and tribal nations across northern New Mexico. With a growing endowment that had reached $150 million, Anchorum leaders decided they had outgrown the Sage Intacct system they were using for financial reporting and needed more sophisticated capabilities. Sage Intacct wasn’t flexible enough, so the team had been downloading raw data to a spreadsheet for reporting. Anchorum implemented NetSuite for improved reporting, helping it improve how it tracks its investment portfolio, records transactions, and monitors its budget. The foundation now has a smoother spending approval process, and uses NetSuite’s dashboards to monitor activities such as cash balances and spending.
